Vendor 2026 Event Sign up

Tips- Select events that work best with your products or services you offer. 

Spaces are 10x10. vendors are responsible for providing all tents, tables & accessories etc. Spaces are free and are first come first serve. Vendors who cancel with less than 7 days notice will be excluded from future events in 2026. Once signed up and approved the vendor will receive information about the specific event to include map and set up take down instructions. Vendors will be listed on flyers, social media and on websites associated to Trippin Billies. All spaces are outside and all events are subject to cancellation for weather if other accommodation cannot be made.
